Joblogic Selected by AXA Assistance as Their Software Partners
Joblogic has been selected by AXA Assistance as the software partner to replace their legacy contractor portal. The portal is used by over 100 contractors to provide emergency repair services to policyholders throughout the UK. Contractors log on to the portal to receive work instructions and to provide updates back to the AXA helpdesk in real-time. From plumbing and heating to drainage and electrical work, AXA are providing critical reactive maintenance services to their valued customers.
Background to the Portal creation
AXA consulted with their contractor network and realised that many contractors are using their own job management system but were also having to update the AXA portal. This meant that there was an extra admin burden on the contractor to update two systems. AXA decided that the replacement for their portal also had to provide the contractor with the ability to run their whole service operation including AXA jobs. AXA are dedicated to delivering a first-class service to their customers and helping their contractors to work more efficiently is a key part of realising that goal.
Why Joblogic?
There were several management systems already in use across the contractor network including Joblogic. Joblogic’s field service management software is fully scalable and can be used by a small contractor or a large nationwide service provider. It has a user-friendly web-based interface. The system can be accessed from any device at any time and it also has a mobile app for engineers that works fully offline on both iOS and Android devices. Joblogic has a mobile form builder so that contractors can completely customise any workflows for their engineers to complete on-site. The in-built dashboard builder empowers contractors to visualise any data captured by the system to improve productivity and business performance.
AXA required a software provider with a proven track record of building complex real-time integrations to third party systems. Joblogic met this requirement along with the ability to offer world-class security standards due to their Microsoft Azure PAAS infrastructure and regular pen tests carried out by CREST accredited security companies.
Good news for AXA contractors
Plumbing and heating company WM Donnelly is an established AXA contractor. Managing director, Liam Donnelly had this to say about the partnership:
“The integration between Joblogic and AXA has proven to be an excellent project. From job deployment from AXA all the way through to invoicing, the system has been invaluable to us. The time saved is obviously important, but as well as that there is a vast increase in the accuracy of the information being shared. When you then add into the mix that Joblogic seamlessly integrates with our accounts package, then the entire project has been an unmitigated success for our business!”
