The new branch in Sydney will support customers in Australia, New Zealand and South Asia.

Founded in Birmingham and based in the iconic Zellig building in the heart of Digbeth’s tech hub, Joblogic is a rapidly growing software company providing field service management software to installation and maintenance contractors.

Whilst all product development will remain in the UK, the team in Sydney will provide the localized onboarding, consultancy, support and professional implementation services that small to medium-sized businesses in the service and maintenance industry rely on.

In a huge country like Australia where mobile coverage can vary, field techs will benefit from a world-class Android and iOS mobile application that works completely offline. This is an important benefit and ensures that a service contractor can really go paperless with no disruption. Office users log into a web-based system hosted on the excellent Microsoft Azure cloud. Offering the system as a service, via monthly subscription brings down the cost of ownership and removes the need to invest in any hardware or infrastructure.
