SWITCH & SAVE OFFER FROM SIMPRO TO JOBLOGIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please see all terms and conditions related to Joblogic’s simPRO switch & save offer:

  1. The offer is only applicable to new sales prospects of Joblogic, who are not currently Joblogic customers, or in our sales pipeline.
  2. This offer is only applicable to demos booked and attended on the given date.
  3. This offer is only applicable to prospective customers who purchase Joblogic and pay their first invoice within 30 days from the demo completion date.
  4. The offer will not be applied automatically. It is the prospect’s responsibility to enquire about their eligibility during the buying process. Failure to mention the offer during the sales process means that the offer cannot be applied additionally on an active account of a paying customer.
  5. The offer must be discussed with a Joblogic sales representative during the buying process, so it forms a part of the final sales proposal.
  6. This offer is only applicable to annual plans, not rolling monthly contracts with the following stipulations:
    1. Your minimum commitment term will be 12 months.
    2. Offer or discount does not apply to renewals or additional add-ons.
    3. The discount will only be applied to mobile user licences.
    4. The total amount payable will be invoiced as an upfront payment however; your sales representative can discuss flexible payment terms with you.
  7. The amount of discount given to mobile user licences is up to the discretion of your sales consultant.
  8. To be eligible for this offer, you must agree to provide evidence that you are currently an active customer of simPRO ie. By providing a copy of your most recent invoice.
  9. The offer runs for a limited time only, of which we have the right to end this at any time.
  10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. However, if you see multiple offers on our website which you may be eligible for, please discuss this with member of our team and you can choose which offer you would like to be applied.
